Lee Wachtstetter an 86 year old woman from Florida has spent the last seven years living on a cruise ship at a cost of 202000 US 164k a year after her dying husband told her to never stop.

Lee Wachtstetter 86 has been living on Crystal Cruises Serenity liner for almost seven years reports the Asbury Park Press. Mama Lee lived on a Holland America ship part of a cruise line owned by Carnival prior to living on Crystal Serenity. However she soon had to leave.

She says warmly that the staff have become almost like family. When shes not dancing Mama Lee likes to spend time doing needlepoint work giving the finished products as gifts to the ships staff. For Mama Lee the only entertainment worthwhile on cruise ships is ballroom dancing with dance hosts.

When Lee Wachtstetters husband Guy sadly passed away in 1997 he told her dont stop cruising. So clearly many retirees consider these luxe boats their home away from home. 88-year-old retires and lives on cruise ship.

She sold her five. An 86-year-old woman from Florida now calls the Crystal Serenity cruise ship home. The almost 90-year-old retiree has been living on the Crystal Serenity cruise ship for nearly a decade.

She spends her days dancing with the dance hosts of the ship in memory of her late husband who died of cancer in 1997 who had told her never stop cruising. She has been living on the Crystal Serenity cruise ship for a fee of over 160000 a year. An 86 year old woman known as Mama Lee has been living on a luxury cruise ship for an incredible 12 years visiting almost 100 countries in her time.
